| Here's the track (1 mile wide) from this, my second bushwhack with a GPS. The zigzags are way exaggerated, varying 300 feet or more from my probable path (for instance, I never crossed Lower Stairs Brook). I suspect reception interference from steep ledges, thick forest and overcast clouds. Still, GPS is a neat addition to my navigation toolbox! |
