Tibetan prayer flags on the summit of Shrewsbury Peak in Vermont

A string of Tibetan prayer flags (and a spider web) adorns the summit. There is rumored to be a great view here, but today it's got that unsought-after inside-of-an-eggshell look, so I can't tell.
