| Dick and Fred hiked Lyndeborough Mountain (1630-ft) and Rose Mountain (1720-ft; Lyndeborough, NH) in November 2008. We go up Helen's Trail and then follow skimobile trails, taking a spur trail to Lyndeborough Mountain, then continuing on to Rose Mountain. From the ledge top of Rose Mountain is this view south toward nearby Winn Mountain, with the mountain range of the Wapack Trail on the horizon and a little orange fall color remaining underfoot. |
