thunderstorm in Crawford Notch as seen from Mount Resolution in New Hampshire

Dick W. and Fred hiked Mount Parker (3004-ft) and Mount Resolution (3415-ft; White Mountains, NH) via the Mount Langdon and Mount Parker trails in July 2003. From atop Resolution, Dick watches a thunderstorm rumble safely (for us!) down Crawford Notch. The 12-mile round-trip hike is tougher than expected, due to a lot of trail ups-and-downs and summer heat.
