| In August we visited Story Land in Glen, NH, and find Spanish Flag (Ipomoea lobata). Identification is pretty easy from the flowers, but this vine also has unusual leaves: toothed and 3-fingered on reddish stems. This garden flower is known by lots of other names, including Mina lobata, Ipomoea versicolor and Firecracker Vine. |
