| I revisited Mine Falls Park in June 2008. Now in bloom is Prickly Dewberry -- a relative of blackberry that has sharply-toothed leaves, prickly stems and a trailing habit. It is probably Rubus flagellaris, but it's hard to be sure since there are oodles of similar Rubus species in our area. |
