| Here is a GPS track of the hike to Melvin Hill: blue is the road walk; red the bushwhack. I do a clockwise loop hoping to catch all the viewpoints. The bushwhack is challenging, with more ups-and-downs than shown on the topo map, plus swamp and pricker-thicket hazards. Fun! |
