| Dick and Fred bushwhacked to Forbes Mountain (2170-ft; near Newfound Lake, NH) in August 2014. We park before the gate and walk up the dirt road. We are pleasantly surprised to find the road goes all the way to the summit. Pretty cushy for a "bushwhack". |
