| Marianne and Fred bushwhacked to South Flat Mountain (2940-ft; Sandwich Range Wilderness) in June 2008. We park at the turnaround at the end of Bennett Street Loop Road and whack north to the summit. Along the way we find Yellow Birch (Betula alleghaniensis). |
