| Elaine, Fred and John hiked to Bear Island on Lake Winnipesaukee in February 2015. It's the perfect season to walk on water -- no need for a boat today! It looks like a desert out here with the bright sun and snow. The distant mountain pair is the Belknaps on the far southern end of the lake. |
