| I hiked Bear Mountain (1275-ft; Bear Mountain State Forest, NH) in January 2015. Here is the viewpoint bench; but, unfortunately, the view (toward Wantastiquet Mountain) is obscured by today's snow flurries. The name "Bear" (hill or mountain) is very popular -- I've now climbed eight of these! |
