humorous warning sign on a bike in Paris, France

A bike parked on the sidewalk sports a humorous "animal on board" sign. I always thought the “baby on board” car sign was insulting (bad-driver Fred has to behave for THIS car), so now in France I have to improve my bicycling, too.
